He came to the house (the only contractor I contacted who even offered to come to the house to check out the damaged door), gave me information about repair options, including the honest assessment that a full repair might not be possible. We ultimately decided to replace the door and Roman provided me with brochures with different options, was able to secure the new door and install within a week of our making the decision to go with Titan.
