Parts Warranty: 1 year
Labor Warranty: 3 months
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to parts replaced and labor performed by Titan Garage Doors Ltd.
All warranty work is carried out during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Titan Garage Doors Ltd. guarantees that all parts and labor covered under this warranty are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Off-track door repairs
- Jumped cables
- Misaligned sensors
- Pre-existing structural or mechanical issues
The warranty is void if repairs or modifications are performed by third parties without written authorization.
Additional Notes
- Warranty and service coverage apply only to work completed by Titan Garage Doors Ltd. as listed on the original invoice.
- This warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts only, and does not include incidental or consequential damages.
- Repeated issues caused by factors outside the control of Titan Garage Doors Ltd. (e.g., improper usage, accidents, or environmental damage) are not covered.
- Any request for warranty service must be accompanied by the original invoice and a description of the problem.
