We hope that you and your families are staying healthy and following the recommendations from the Government of Canada. COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve in Canada and Worldwide, our primary focus is to provide our customers with the essential garage door services keeping our customers and work team safe and healthy and complying with the Canadian Public Health guidance.
Titan Garage Doors remain open to keep your garage and garage door fully operational so that the necessary movement of you and your vehicle is not compromised. Garage doors in many cases are the entrance/exit to our home and would be used to exit home in a case when a person needs to seek medical attention, or it will provide access to emergency services.
Titan Garage Doors provides services in Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver areas, during these difficult times we are going to prioritize hospitals, health care facilities, facilities providing essential public services (Police stations, Fire stations, Pharmacies and Grocery stores).
Implemented Safety Measures due to COVID-19:
- Titan Garage Doors is following the recommendations from The Government of Canada to minimize the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus between our employees and customers. We respectfully ask our customers to respect the social distancing guidelines while communicating with our technicians and allowing at least 2 meters (6 feet) distance. Customers are advised to minimize any contact with the technicians, and it will be best if the customers remain in the house during the repair procedures.

- For the safety of our employees and customers, our technicians are advised not to enter the house of the customer.
